We take care to properly pack your products to protect damage whilst in transit. We do understand there may be unforeseen circumstances, so if there is an issue with the products when you receive them, please email our team with a photo to email@example.com.

We offer same day despatch if you order before 2pm. If you order after 2pm your order will be shipped the following business day.
What happens if I enter the wrong address?
If you have entered the wrong address please email us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not been sent yet, we can change your address with no additional costs.
Unfortunately if your package has already been shipped there will be a $20 “return to sender” fee.
